Well I really don't have much time. I got transfers and I am am going to be whiting out an area called San Ignacio which is in Salta Capital. I am going to be in the same district as my first area. I am going to be comps with Elder Carter so it is going to be awesome. Love you all lots

Week 95

Another busy week. We had a baptism that went well of an 18 year old who was super excited. The week has been super weird weather wise it just changes from super hot for 2 days and I swear I am going to burn all my sweaters and we are sleeping with the AC to super cold the next day, where we have to wear our big jackets. We have decided that our AC doesn't cool down our room but it cools down all of Tartagal. Today we were going to visit a museo but of course it was closed Mondays but we took pictures in front of it just for memories. I also had divisions and we went to colonia santa rosa to be with my old comp Elder Cañas. It was fun. Love you all lots

Week 93

Wow sorry for these last couple of letters but I have been super busy with a lot of traveling. The mission has been flying by I can't believe it. So a little bit about these last couple of weeks. This last Monday I had to travel to Jujuy for a conference...it is about 7 hours in bus. There we had a conference but it as a little different then normal because we were all in normal clothes and we had an obstacle course that we did. It was super fun and I think everyone enjoyed it. This week has been super great. We are teaching a couple of kids who are super awesome and live less than half a block away from the church. There is also a youth we are teaching who plays saxophone in a band and he is getting ready to be baptized this week. This P-day we went on a hike to a shrine for the local virgin but no one as there we also found a path to a little baby waterfall.  The mission is going well lots of experiences and really it just surprises me how quickly it is coming to an end.  Love you all lots

Week 92

Well sorry this is going to be another short week I have another conference in Jujuy tomorrow and I have to travel today to get there in time. This week has been great. We have been working really hard and there is a lot of progress going on here in my area. Today we played a bit of basketball for p day. The conference that we had last Tuesday was super great and fun.

Week 91

I don't have much time today I am traveling to Salta but this week was great. We had 2 baptisms after everything they turned pretty well. Been super busy all the time and it is starting to get super hot here already

Week 90

Weeeellllllll another week flew by. I can't believe how fast this transfer went. For those of you who were wondering I am staying here in Tartagal with Elder Farris. So my prayers were contested. We had a baptism this week of a little girl called Azul and that went great just she wasn't able to make it to church til after sacrament meeting so she couldn't get confirmed. We had some service this week and we dug out a couple million glass bottles it looked like Jack Sparrows rum collection. There was also a huge hole dug. Since it was transfers today we weren't able to do much for p-day we just hung around and made some doughnuts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were delicious. Wish I could have shared them with you but everyone lives a little bit too far away. Love you all lots the mission is great.

Week 89

What a week this has been. We got some bikes which have been nice they have helped us out a lot in the work now we don't have to walk everywhere. I had to go to Oran again to do divisions with the elders there it was fun it was the year mark for one so he burnt a shirt and I got to do divisions with a new elder from Brazil. It was fun talking to him. We are working our butts off here and are teaching a super awesome family who want to get married and went to church this week. Next week is transfers so I don't know if I will get to write but I love you all lots.

Week 88

A pretty normal week this week. We had to travel a little bit we went to Slavador Mazza to verify planning and then Friday we had interviews with our mission president in Pichanal. I asked him if you would let me finish my mission here and he just laughed and told me he would think about it. We had a baptism this week and it was super awesome she was super ready.

Week 87

So like I don't have much time I am running a little late but this week was great. One of the highlights was when I go to do splits in my old area Pichanal and got to see a couple of my old converts. Today was super fun though we went on a hike in Salvador mazza that had a bunch of waterfalls to look at but I will have to send pics next week.

Week 86

Wow time flys. I can't believe I had another 4th of July in the mission. Things are going great over here it has been getting cold again which is nice. The difficult part of my area right now is all the trip  I am having to make. We have a 5 hour round trip that we make once to twice a week and that cuts into our time. This week was good though we cook barbecue for lunch the 4th. This Friday we also had a zone conference that was good. Today is the independence day of Argentina so not much was open but we played soccer with all the youth in the branch which was fun.

Week 85

Well another week by.... So I had a lot of traveling this week. I got my new comp Elder Farris who came with me from the MTC. We had to travel to Salta once this week for a leadership conference and then my comp had a dentist appointment. We came back the next day but this is a 6 hour trip so we didn't sleep much, because we were always getting home at 1 in the morning. We also had a district conference which is like a stake conference. A 70 came and it was super cool. It was amazing to see how many people showed up. Other then that this week was pretty calm. Hope everyone is doing well

Week 84

This week has been pretty calm. We had transfers this week my old comp just finished up his mission and they are sending me a new one today, Elder Farris, a friend from the MTC. This week I think I gained like 10 pounds everyone wanted to say good bye to my comp and they all did that by giving him lots of food. Other then that not much happened this week. With transfers I am now in charge of 2 zones Oran y Tartagal and I took over the sisters area here in Tartagal as well.

Week 83

This week was crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Lots of traveling again and it is still cold outside. The major event this week was that we had a conference with a 70, Elder Packer, son of the apostle. It was great accept that it was in Jujuy which is a 7 hour bus ride. We left Tuesday and didn't get in till late. Then on Wednesday my comp had a musical number that went well. We had a leader meeting first so there were just 8 of us with the 70 which was cool. We then had a conference and then we had to go home. The problem was that there was a holiday in  our city so no buses went so we ended up taking one at 1 in the morning meaning we didn't get back to my area till almost 7. That was a long day. The rest of the week went well. I have been eating like crazy because my comp goes home this week and all the members give us a bunch of food. We got to play soccer today for P-day and that was a lot of fun.

Week 82

This was a weird week I had p day on Tuesday and then Wednesday it was still super cold out side. Thursday we went to Aguaray and we had splits with the elders there. That night we headed out to Salvador Mazza to do divisions with them as well, so we wouldn't have to travel twice. That went well just me and my comp almost froze to death in their house because there wasn't any heaters and the blankets were super thin. After that we had splits and I got to work in Salvador Mazza. It is literally only a bridge away from Bolivia. We came back that night and the Elders from Aguaray came to visit because they hadn't power in their house for almost a week and they needed to practice for a musical number that is going to happen in this next conference this Wednesday. Also I just heard today that my brother got his mission call and is going to Guadalajara Mexico!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Crazy stuff.

Week 81

Well Sorry this is a bit late but I had interviews and had to go to Pichanal yesterday. So I have P-day today!!! The interviews went well and I got to see a couple of members from my old area which was cool. I spent this week freezing my butt off and it was awesome. The weather has finally cooled off for a while so I have been walking around in a coat and hat all day. I had forgotten how great the cold is. This week we also had a baptism of a little girl who is super great. She is only 8 but is more excited to go to church then anyone I have ever seen.
