Week 76
I decided I am done with the heat I want to go back to the freezing
cold. It has been ridiculously hot this last week and it has worn me out.
Everyone says that it should be getting colder soon but it hasn't yet.
This P-day was fun we completed our district goal for baptisms so we
visited a lake here in Tucuman. It was pretty cool I just would have
liked to swim because it is still hot out. We had our zone conference
this week and our mission presidente talked about how the temple is here
spiritually even though it isn't physically here and how we need to
work to edify it. Also I finally got one of my packages that was sent in January. From my grandma. Well love and miss you lots

Week 75
Another crazy week. First things first I was reading in a church
magazine that came out in 2000 and there was an article about church
cleaning that I read but I realized one little thing... The vacuum
cleaner they were using in the picture was the exact same model that we
still have in our church ...over 18 years later.
It made me laugh a little and shake my head. I had splits twice this
week the first time was with Elder Craig again because our companions
went to Salta to do some paperwork stuff so they can be legal here in
the country. We went to his area and they had bikes which I was happy
for until I got on the bike and realized how awful it was. I wanted to
hop right back off of it. Then later I had divisions with Elder
Blaylock. So he could do our baptism interviews for us. We had baptisms
this week and it is a family of 6. So we had to get everything ready
for that. The missionaries are in charge of cleaning the font and
everything but when we got there it was still half full of water and the
pump wasn't working so we had to bucket out half a fonts worth of
water. Then we had to clean it and take all that water out again.
Luckily everything went well and we were able to have our baptisms the
next day. There were actually a lot of people who showed up to see it.
Today we went and visited a giant statue of Jesus Christ that was on the
top of a giant mountain. The road to go down looked great for gravity
biking though. Just a little more sketchy. This week was a wonderful one
for me and really I am loving the work here. Love and miss you all lots

Week 74
Well what a week it has been. I was actually cold for a couple of days. A
cold front rolled in and we were blessed with a break form the heat. It
was raining quite a bit though, but the heat is coming back it was
pretty hot again today so I don´t really know what is up with this
weather. We have been working hard here and are preparing a family to be
baptized this week. The people in our ward here are super awesome it is
always great when we go out to visit someone and find members already
in their house teaching. Really everything is pretty normal here...well
as normal as it gets in Argentina, but
Love and miss you all lots

Week 73
Another week that passed by. They are getting faster and faster each
day. Not too much happened this week just the normal walking and
teaching. We found a family that is super awesome and they have been
going to church but no one told us that part of the family wasn't member
so we went to visit them. They are a super nice family and they have a
lot of desire to be baptized. Today we played soccer which was a lot of
fun I am just realizing though how bad of shape I am in because I get
super tired super fast now, but we had a lot of fun. A lot of missionaries that I know got transferred to my zone so it was nice seeing
them again. Love and miss you all lots.

Week 72
Hows everyone doing? I am well. This conference was super awesome. They announced a temple here in my mission which is what we have been working
on as a mission here. Then they also called my antierior mission
presidente to be an area 70. Super crazy. This week was a good one. I
actually was quite sick yesterday for the conference puke and such but I
am feeling better now. We had service this week as well helping someone
dig the foundation for their new house. And when I say digging the
foundacion it was 1 to two feet deep. One of my favorite talks this
conference was the one by Lynn Robbins when he talks about success as
going from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm. Well love
and miss everyone lots. I think I might be able to send some pictures
today.
